Tomas Bata, a Czech businessman, established the Bata Shoe Organization in 1894 in Zlin, Czechoslovakia. Tomas Bata, who comes from a family of shoemakers with an extensive history spanning eight generations and more than three hundred years, made use of his experience, expertise, and abilities to advance his newly created business. Long-distance selling, updated shoe manufacturing, and industrial automation all contributed to the company's early financial success. It is currently the biggest footwear maker and marketer in the world, with operations all over the world.
