After its inauguration in the year 1993 COMFORT started to take the lead in providing advanced health care services. The professional standard and the expertise in health care facilities are the pillars of the success of Comfort.

In 1992, Kabir Ahmed Bhuiyan and MD Saiful Islam decided to create a fully-equipped private hospital. To make their plan work, they got advice from important hospital owners and doctors in our country. Kabir Ahmed Bhuiyan went to many hospitals in Singapore, Bangkok, Malaysia, and India. He watched how they run their business, manage their employees, make decisions about their business, and provide medical services at a high level of quality. After looking closely and getting ideas, we decided to build a new hospital in Dhaka. This hospital will have all the tests and treatments in one place. Two healthcare facilities, COMFORT DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE (PVT) LTD and COMFORT NURSING HOME (PVT) LTD, were established in 1993. At first, Comfort began working in a building they didn't own in Dhanmondi, which is in Dhaka. Comfort quickly won over clients and doctors with their great services soon after they began. We're trying to improve things so we can help you more.

Comfort had more customers and did a better job, so they needed more space to work. Because of this, the officials wanted to create a place just for themselves. So, they built a really good hospital that was 11 floors high in a really good spot in the city of Dhaka. In October 1999, the company moved to a new hospital building and also got new medical equipment to have a modern diagnostic center and hospital. Comfort was the only place in Bangladesh where you could get a lot of medical tests and treatments all in one building in the private sector. The company opened a new office in Uttara Model Town, Dhaka, because they needed to help more customers.
