Nitol Motors Limited is the flagship company of Nitol-Niloy Group and the sole distributor of TATA vehicles in Bangladesh.The main thrust of Nitol Motors comes from, marketing the TATA brand of commercial vehicles in Bangladesh including Buses, trucks, passenger version pickup trucks, Maxi, and construction equipment. Since 1991, it commenced assembly and building body of TATA vehicles, popular in the country for its economy and excellent value for money, unique pay-as-you-earn marketing system, and complete after-sales service.

In less than twenty years, Nitol Motors Limited has transformed from a trade company in the early 1980s to a household name. In order to guarantee superior client service, it has diversified its business operations over the years. It has transformed from its original character as a transport-based business into a real conglomerate as a result of its ongoing diversification.
