Partex Beverage Limited (PBL) started making Royal Crown Cola Co., USA, in 1997 as the only company. This brand of drink was the first to start selling in Bangladesh after Coke and Pepsi had already become famous. PBL used to put their drinks in glass bottles but then switched to plastic bottles called PET bottles. They were the first ones to use this type of packaging in Bangladesh, and as a result, they became very successful in selling drinks. Right now, there are over seven companies making fizzy drinks in Bangladesh. PBL is proud to say that they have the second-highest number of customers buying their fizzy drinks in Bangladesh. In 2000, PBL started making its own PET preforms instead of buying them from someone else. They were the only ones doing it for a few years. PBL can now make the biggest bottles and preforms in Bangladesh.

PBL started selling its MUM drinking water in 2001. This product quickly became the most popular in the water industry and still has the most customers today. MUM is a very strong and trustworthy brand in Bangladesh now. PBL is really good at sharing its products. They have over 100 people and companies who help them sell their products in many different places, like cities and the countryside. They sell to more than 10 million shops and stores. PBL's stuff is now available outside of their own country, and they want to sell even more in the future. PBL's success depends on being creative and proactive. PBL wants to give good-quality stuff for a reasonable price, have different kinds of people working, and help Bangladesh become more industrial.
