Navana Ready Mix plant

One of the sister companies of NAVANA Group, NAVANA Building Products Limited, produces computer-generated high-quality concrete of various grades close to the Buriganga River in Dinanagar, Gabtoli, and Dhaka. The project's total land area is approximately 136,800 square feet, of which 108,000 square feet are used for things like producing concrete, storing aggregate, a substation, workshop facilities, a laboratory, housing office workers, etc. Two crusher plants are located on the remaining 28,800 SF of land. Within the walls of NBPL is a concrete laboratory that is well equipped. In the NBPL laboratory, trial mixes for different grades of concrete, including cement and coarse and fine aggregate, are undertaken. Every transit mixer has its cubes and cylinders removed in order to test the compressive strength after seven and twenty-four days of use. Cylinders and cubes are evaluated in our laboratory (BUET or BRTD). In our laboratory, the following methods of concrete mix design are utilized to ensure that the proportioning of the concrete ingredients is satisfactory.
