RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited is the country’s largest and most respected tile and sanitary ware brand. The company was incorporated in Bangladesh on November 26, 1998, as a private limited company by shares under the Companies Act 1994. It started its commercial production on November 12, 2000. It became a public limited company on June 10, 2008, and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2010. It is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of ceramic tiles, bathroom sets, and all types of sanitary ware.
